RootisTabootus is based in the United States, all packages are shipped from Florida!
Do you ship Internationally?

Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, all listings clearly state the sizing and description of the items you are purchasing.
We are a small artist run business and sadly do not have the capacity to accept returns / exchanges!
I've placed my order, when will it ship?
Since we are a small two artist owned business, everything is packaged by hand by us!
We do our best to get shipments out in a timely manner, and aim to ship orders out twice a week during the weekdays!
My item is damaged / incorrect. What do I do?
We take quality very seriously at RootisTabootus! If you were shipped the wrong item, or if a damaged item slipped past us please let us know!
We ask that you send us an email, ideally with a photo of the issue so we can send out a replacement!
